The Alberta Municipal Data Sharing Partnership (AMDSP) was created to provide a standardized dataset using information from Alberta municipalities. By starting with emergency vehicle dispatch and routing, the AMDSP has since grown to include data for emergency, public and private functions.
Municipalities can participate in the partnership to provide and share data. Joining the voluntary network offers access to data beyond municipal borders and provides other organizations with valuable insights.
