Alberta Biodiversity Monitoring Institute

The Alberta Biodiversity Monitoring Institute collect GIS and land use data for human disturbances in Alberta. These disturbances include agriculture, forestry and energy in addition to linear disturbances. The data is digitized on satellite imagery to provide a visual review of 115 types of human disturbances.

GIS data from 2010, 2014 and 2016 is available for direct download.
