The first step to making improvements is knowing where you’re at. Alberta municipalities are comparing their delivery of services to create a benchmark of average service in the province. The Alberta Municipal Benchmarking Initiative has published seven reports since November 2012 to encourage the continuous improvement and efficiency of municipal services.
